Rental Policies
Young Harris Water Sports prides itself on providing a safe and exciting jet ski and/or boating adventure to the visitors of Lake Chatuge, Lake Nottely, Lake Blue Ridge, Lake Burton, Lake Seed and Lake Rabun. However, because of the risk associated with a fun day on the lake, certain precautions must be made. Please understand the following company policies are in place to keep everyone safe and to help promote an enjoyable lake experience for everyone.
General Rental Policies
• Renter must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passengers can be of any age.
• A valid credit card is required for a security deposit.
• A valid drivers license must be carried with the renter on the watercraft (Georgia State Law)
• All safety equipment is provided at no charge.
• Renters should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
• If paying by credit card, charge is processed before delivery is made. An imprint of your card is taken at the location of the delivery and receipt issued. Unless renting at our new location on Lake Chatuge at The Ridges Resort and Club.
• Late returns will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour with a $100 minimum.
• Full day rentals are from 9:00am - 5:00pm (can be adjusted to your schedule)
• Free delivery to Lake Chatuge and Nottley
• Delivery fee for Lake Blue Ridge, Burton, & Rabun - $45
Reservation Policies
• ***NEW**** Reservations for 2,4, and 8 hours rentals are available at your Ridges location.
• Reservations are made for full day only on delivery rentals. (call if you would like a half day rental we may be able to accommodate you)
• Two and four hour rentals are not available at all locations
• A major credit card is required to make a reservation. No charges are made until the day of the rental.
Cancellation Policies
• A reservation cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled rental will result in the full rental charge.
• A "no show" will result in a total payment of the rental fee.
• Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
